I like to look at landscaping ideas as I walk along, I like to daydream and plan for the future, and I like to listen to music. I find that if I put invigorating music on, I walk to the beat. While it may appear funny to observers, I get the last laugh! One more thing I do is I carry two water bottles and kind of use them as hand weights.
